- 10.00am – 10.30am – Welcome & Introductions, tea coffee in our Rammed Earth Permaculture Education Centre
- 10.30am – 12.00pm – Tour of the permaculture gardens & composting session
- 12.00pm – 1.00pm – A delicious homemade lunch celebrating the winter harvest
- 1.00pm – 3.30pm – Plan your winter garden from the soil up, what to plant, companions, pest & diseases, hands on planting session
