- 10.00am – 12.30pm – Welcome, Introductions & tour of the Permaculture Gardens focusing on elements in a permaculture design & zones
- 12.30pm – 1.30pm – Harvest lunch in our Rammed Earth Permaculture Education Centre
- 1.30pm – 3.30pm – Design your spring garden from the soil up, wish list, principals in design, linking garden elements for maximum yield & minimum effort
