Join us for a hands on Permaculture one day workshop, on a private working permaculture property at Pacific Palms, near Forster on the Mid North Coast of NSW, just 3 hours north of Sydney.
Have you always wanted to grow your own fruit and vegetables but don’t know where to start? Or do you have an existing productive garden but want to learn more? Would you like to meet like minded people who share the same passion of growing organic produce in abundance? Then this workshop is for you! It’s all about growing food in abundance, a permaculture workshop.
Learn about: No dig gardening, soil preparation, composting, what to plant in Autumn & companion plants for the garden.
Workshop Date: Saturday 28th February 2015 from 10am to 4pm
- 10.00am – 10.30am – Welcome & Introductions in our Rammed Earth Permaculture Education Centre
- 10.30am – 12.00pm – Tour of the permaculture gardens & composting session
- 12.00pm – 1.00pm – A delicious homemade lunch celebrating the summer harvest
- 1.00pm – 4.00pm – Plan your Autumn garden from the soil up, what to plant, companions, pest & diseases, hands on planting session
Cost:
$165 – per person includes a delicious organic lunch, organic & herbal tea & coffee, hands on planting & no dig session, $25 worth of resources & course notes.
